I have dedicated my career and tenure as CIO to transforming the way business and technology align to enable State Farm to scale, rapidly adjust to changing markets, and reduce costs, inefficiencies, and redundancies. As CIO and Sr. VP I define and direct the strategy for IT infrastructure, operations, Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, and Data & Analytic solutions enterprise wide. Throughout my tenure, I’ve earned multiple promotions and have been humbled as the recipient of numerous awards in the IT industry. My success is built on my genuine interest in developing leadership qualities that reflect my values, coaching and mentoring women in STEM and Technology, and continuously developing my skillset. I’m known for my ability to quickly adapt, obliterate roadblocks to success for a Fortune-ranked company, and steer the IT strategy with an eye toward the future.
