Biographical Info

Having over 20 years of experience in the I.T. industry I have watched it grow from the early days of networking to what it has become today. The 'Enterprise Solutions' of today have grown to a level that far surpasses those of yesterday. I am a firm believer that this industry needs professionals who are both trained in their field, and trained in customer service. Without both working closely together, we will never achieve the goals we set out for. Whether it's a small business, or a Fortune 500 company, the I.T. division is very valuable in the overall success of the company. I have worked in large corporate environments, Government/Military environments and war zones. Not a day goes by that I don't try to learn something new in the I.T. field. I believe we need to continue to educate ourselves in today's fast moving world. I'm a hard working, dedicated I.T. professional, trained to ensure the job is always done right regardless of the personal sacrifice.
