I am a passionate, versatile, and results-oriented leader with 20+ years experience in Information Security who has worked in complex enterprises. My proven track record has afforded me the most challenging roles and have been rewarded with consistent promotions and advancement. I develop strategic, metrics driven, risk-based cybersecurity goals, strategies, roadmaps, and executive and board level reporting. I am driven to build and mature not only cyber programs but also the talent required to be successful. Effective communications is one of my best skills and an absolutely essential ability for an Information Security leader. The ability to adjust communications in style and content depending on the audience has enabled me to be successful. Risk management is the common language I use to communicate with boards, executive leadership, and business peers.
