As Senior Director, IT Global Security and Technical Services at The Mosaic Company, I provide strategic direction and oversight for the delivery of Global IT Security and Technical Infrastructure services while serving as a member of the Mosaic IT Leadership Team. I partner with key stakeholders to provide solutions that align with IT and company strategic direction and maximize service levels while minimizing costs. With over 20 years of experience in information technology and security, I am a turnaround artist and a leader of enterprise-level, cross-functional projects, spanning multiple domains and geographies. I hold a Doctor of Business Administration, an MBA, and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science. I am fluent or conversant in four languages. Additionally, I am certified as a CISSP and a CISM, and I have extensive knowledge of ITSM, Agile, PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and HIPAA frameworks and standards. I have successfully managed mergers and acquisitions, profit and loss responsibility, and large departments and budgets. My mission is to drive innovation, efficiency, and security in the IT domain, while creating value for the business and the customers. I started my career serving 8 years as an officer in the German Air Force. As part of NATO Air Defense, I specialized in the surface-to-air missile system Patriot and also performed multi-national program and project management support for a variety of armament initiatives.
