Since August 2016, Wil has been leading the company's cybersecurity initiatives as the Chief Information Security Officer. His role involves safeguarding critical information and systems against cyber threats, ensuring data privacy, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Prior to his current position, Wil served as the Assistant Vice President of Financial Crimes Analytics and Insights at USAA from November 2014, demonstrating his expertise in financial security and data analysis. Wil's journey at USAA also includes a tenure as Executive Director of Information Security Solutions from June 2010 to November 2014. Here, he played a key role in developing and implementing robust security solutions for the organization.
