Referral Bonuses: Anyone who refers a friend, coworker or acquaintance in which Fortify Experts is able to hire as a consultant and/or place with one of our clients, will receive a referral bonus per the following schedule:

Referral Bonus Guidelines:
- We assume all referrals are confidential referrals therefore, the source of the referral will not be disclosed without your approval.
- Referral must be an individual that Fortify Experts has not had a conversation with in the prior 6 months.
- Referral bonuses will be paid upon the completion of the 60th work day (approx. 3 months) the person referred has been employed.
- All referrals expire after 6 months of inactivity.
- Fortify Experts reserves the right to cancel this program at anytime provided that all current referrals and bonuses would still apply under this program.
