Process

Know where your security program stands.

A security program is hard to improve without a clear baseline. We evaluate your maturity, identify the gaps that matter most and turn the results into an actionable roadmap.

The problem

Improvement starts with an honest baseline

Most organizations know they have gaps. Fewer know which ones carry the most risk, how they compare with peers or what to fix first.

Without that picture, budgets follow the loudest request or the latest vendor pitch, and progress is hard to show.

Our approach

How our assessments work

Every paid assessment ends with a prioritized roadmap, not just a list of findings. Most clients start with a free one hour consultation so we can recommend the assessment that fits.

  • The Full NIST CSF 2.0 Assessment costs $7,500 flat, takes about 30 days and covers one organization of up to 1,000 employees.
  • It includes a maturity score, an industry benchmark and a crosswalk to other frameworks.
  • Framework specific assessments such as SOC 2, HIPAA, CMMC, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 are quoted to scope.

How it works

A clear path from first conversation to results.

  1. 01

Gaps are ranked by business risk and effort.

  5. 05

    Report
